About Us
Southwest is a provider of unique services valuable to public companies
in the following areas:
• Being there on a day to day basis to answer questions and serve as a sounding board
• Arranging the engagement of professional firms and the price and terms of service
• Settling accounts payable and receivable.
• Finally, our primary compensation is an equity stake in client companies, so if you do well, we do well.
Today, just maintaining a reporting status is tougher and tougher, so it is crucial that companies allocate limited time and resources carefully.
Companies have two areas upon which management must focus.
Those areas are:
• Operations
• Corporate Governance
We provide help in both areas, with a goal of freeing management to focus on operations (making money), and outsourcing Corporate Governance.
We recommend outsourcing of corporate governance tasks, because day to day coordination of these services can consume a full time employee. On the basis of economies of scale, we can manage and coordinate the implementation of professional services on a cost effective basis, while being available to help in operations where needed.
Many companies have a difficult time in delegating duties and eventually micro-manage all areas! This is a disaster in the making as management should be making money for the company.
All of this is described in each annual report under Management Discussions and Analysis, therefore, it is essential to have management and operations under control.

Our plan and goals are three-fold:
One - To train your staff to manage the continued outsourced engagements.
Two - To have the company surrounded with well-priced, high quality professionals. This image is priceless when negotiating acquisitions, mergers and financing.
Three - To provide value pricing. If our combined endeavors are successful, Southwest is virtually a "no cost" service provider.
For example, if the company's stock was used in lieu of cash for acquisitions and the company's stock were 20% higher with our services attributed to the rise in stock price, then how much did we cost the client?
The bottom line Southwest is Value Priced!
